Booking Terms

We require three days notice prior to the date of arrival to cancel a booking. If this is not adhered to, the cost of the first nights stay will be charged.

For our part, any booking held with a credit, debit card, we will guarantee accommodation.

For failure to arrive on the date you have booked the first night will be charged.

We recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover you in the event that you decide to cut your holiday short or are taken ill. You will be charged for any amount owing.

For group bookings a deposit equalling the cost of the first nights stay is required. The minimum cancellation period for group bookings is seven days.

Deposits are non refundable
