For your peace of mind we recommend that you take out travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that you may require to cancel within the no refund period of your booking.

Hen Dy Guest Information

Here at the Hen-dy we have 4 parking spaces, 2 at the front of the property using parking permits and 2 at the rear of the property in our small car park, this is a 2 minute walk from the front door as there is no access to the building from the rear car park.
These spaces are only available when booked direct with us, not through booking.com and are charged at £5 per night, which will be added to your booking.
The first four direct bookings with us will be offered these spaces, so please email us before booking to see if spaces are available.

Your room will be available from 2pm to 8pm on the day of arrival, Please be aware we do not offer check in after 8pm and we respectfully ask that the room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.If a late checkout is required, please ask on arrival if this is possible (charges are applicable).

Please note, takeaway food or food preparation is not allowed in guest rooms.

The Honesty Fridge is open daily 8am - 10.30pm It is locked during the Evening

Daily Housekeeping is available. Place the 'Please clean sign' on your bedroom door by 11am for this service.

Breakfast is served from 8.15am - 9.15am each day, we will be taking times for seating to accommodate all our guests. You can pre booka time of your choice by contacting us direct prior to your arrival, if not we will allocate breakfast times slots left on check in.

Payment is taken manually from the card provided on your booking, not automatically when entered on the system. Any problems with payments you will be contacted by us.
